Hi guys,
Since the upgrade to Windows 10 I have struggled like most of you to solve the game crashes with FSAA enabled, and the microstuttering. However I managed to temporarily solve it, thanks to another forum post on the Interweb.
First things first:
- DELETE PRE-EXISTING TENNIS.INI (suggested by Manutoo in an earlier post)
1. The game will create a new one when you start it up next. My preferences and settings were already stored in the files located in the Profiles folder, so this had no effect on them once the user profile was switched from the Default one.

- DISABLE FSAA IN GAME (everyone knew this already) and force it in NVIDIA Control Panel or the AMD equivalent as follows:
1. Antialiasing (FXAA) - ON
2. Antialiasing Mode - Override any application setting; Setting - 2x
With these settings, most of the jagged edges aren't visible anymore, and fullscreen-play can be enjoyed in all its glory.
=============================================================================================
Now for the important one:- SET A LIMIT TO MAXIMUM PRE-RENDERED FRAMES in NVIDIA C.Panel:1. Initially I set it to 4, which greatly reduced the stuttering, but there were still traces of it here and there.
2. Setting it to 2 has reduced the stuttering even more (God forbid it returning again
)
NB: As a precautionary measure:- TURN ON V-SYNC / TRIPLE BUFFERING in NVIDIA C.Panel

This may or may not work for everyone, but I'd just like to share my experiences with changing these settings.
Good luck with Windows 10!
