yes, in terms of 3D creation, it works almost the same as in TE2013, except you have to use PBR textures (albedo + metal/smoothness + normal).

How does the services power mechanics work? I made Nick Kyrgios with 100% serve power and 92% consistency etc. Most times I can barely hit 210km/h.
I would appreciate to know properly the controls because the game is difficult and frustrating at times.

max speed is based on the service power, and average speed on power + the difference between consistency and power. So raise the consistency to 100% to make fast serves more often.
The speed is randomly calculated based on your player attributes and you can't influence it.

I'm trying to mod the game but It's not really working. I tried to change the strike sounds by creating the following structure inside the Data Folder:
Mods>NewSounds>Sounds>(the sounds I want to add)

Then in the mod.ini I load NewSounds. It's not working.

I am also trying the same thing for 3d courts by trying to load courttex.jpg files, but it's also not working. Am I doing something wrong ?

Hum .. did you put the .ini files into your Mod>NewSounds>Specifics> Ini folder ?

Otherwise, the game doesn't know your mod

You can't mod everything for the time being on TE4.

But courts could be modded using TEM2's SDK, see there : topic11-31376.php

there's no CourtTex.jpg anymore in TE4, so you can't mod them. You can only Mod the Court.jpg for the 2D courts. And check the TEM2 Modding SDK to see where the stuff goes.

Can I add 3d courts ? If so how, if there are no courttex any more ?

CourtTex is only for the ground and I guess I'll add an option to add additional ground at some point.
Also, the 3D courts aren't texture-based anymore ; in TE4, they are material-based so it won't be possible to edit only 1 texture to change their apparence ; you'll have to build the 3D model.

Thanks Manu. When do you plan to add that option ? I would be very interested in modding the 3D grounds.
