polakis,
you can adjust the volume in the audio settings.

Star56,
did you restart the game ? Did it happen again ? If yes, send me a Bug Report. (HowTo => topic5-31732.php )

Hi Manu,

I have also had the issue with the white player, is just a white silhouette rather than the player mode.

The game is quite playable now with the new animation system so I think it is going in a great direction, I cannot wait to see the full polished version of the animation system without the visual body issues when stretching etc.

I also experienced the same issue with character models being all white in the character sheets screen. To me it happened randomly during the same session of the game. For example, if it happened in the training club character sheets, I would go back to the previous menu and then re-enter character sheets and the models would be ok then. It happened in the world tour mode.

Also in the world tour mode, when selecting which player to play as from the list of players, those 'Select' (Pro/Junior) buttons of numerous players would be randomly highlighted in orange. Screenshot attached.

Other than that, those Breath, Energy and Stress bars that are visible during the match can be confusing because they don't swap positions on screen when players change sides. My tendency is to check the bars that are on the same side of the screen (top/bottom) as my player, but when my player is on the bottom side of the screen his/her bars stay on the upper side of the screen so it's a bit counter-intuitive for me.

rharm2,
you can send me a Bug Report when you see an issue with the anims or the players getting all white. (HowTo => topic5-31732.php )

JaNeZoKu,
1) Ditto for the Bug Report

2) Orange = his/her full career isn't in the base (ie: he/she turned Pro or Junior before 1973/1983)

3) I just checked and the bars switched positions when the players switched ends. Send me a Bug Report, maybe it depends on some parameters.

1) Just sent a bug report for white character models.

2) Ooooooo! I wasn't aware of that! Thanks for the clarification. :blackeye:

3) Just played a match and you're right, the bars do change positions, except for the stress bar which is always on the bottom side. The strike speed info that appears below the bars however doesn't change positions. Maybe that and the stress bar confused me.

---
Unrelated... Regarding the strike speed. I have the impression that even if I set player's BH power and consistency greater than his/her FH power and consistency, they still hit the FH harder and hit more winners with FH. This makes it hard for me to create players who actually hit their BH harder than their FH and who hit more winners with their BH side. For example, this was a common feature on the WTA tour. Players like Jankovic, Wozniacki, Hingis and some others had clearly stronger BH than FH, but it's hard to set this up in the game, at least for me... Any advice? :-\

JaNeZoKu,
1) I got it. There's no special in the log so I don't have much idea what's going on... :fear:
Maybe there's a shader issue on Intel HD IGP that just popped up in the latest Unity version. We'll see if it's still there the next time I update Unity.

3) Oh yup, it'll be fixed in the next update, thanks to your report !

4) Just lower a lot the FH power, something like 20% less than the BH power. You can also possibly lower a bit its consistency.
Note : I don't know well all the players you have listed, but Hingis didn't hit significantly less strong on her FH side.

Everybody,
I finally got the white player bug on my PC : it was happening when using the 3D stadiums.
And it was because when I lost my work SDD, some lighting computations were not backed up and thus hadn't been restored.
Anyway, it should be fixed in the next update.

Hi Manuto,
First of all thanks for your awesome work! I've a doubt and sorry if you've already answered the same question :)
I've just installed the game on a new pc and would like to start the world tour selecting Federer. I see that the player details (hair/racket/shirt) don't reflect reality, not for Federer and neither for other players. Is it correct? I mean, is it something WIP or am I doing something wrong? :)
Thanks for your answer and good job!

clateresi,
right now, except for the skin & hair color, the players' look is fully random. I might change a few players, but anyway, they will never look too much like their real counterpart. You'll have to wait for Modders to take this matter in hands (or you can try it by yourself)... :blackeye:

Hi Manu,
I see the TE4 icon on my desktop a little "pixelated", I don't know if it's just my problem (the image below maybe gives no idea enough).
However I solved downsizing the icon up to 48x48 pixels. It looks less detailed but much smoother to me.
I attach the icon below, if it helps.

Small bug
Image

I also had my player using a different anim than equipped on serve between bounces (not after I had started the serve), it was the one where the player lowers his torso almost to 90°, I was checking but I didn't find any file like TE 2013's system.ini :?:
I don't want to open the game until I upload that so I can't tell you the exact numbers

stef,
I was using only a 64x64 icon for the installer. I just added other sizes for the next build.

Algo,
in such case, send a Bug Report (HowTo => topic5-31732.php ; you'll find there the location of the log as well, so you can send it before launching the game ).

DAKUS,
could you send me a Bug Report with the wheel & pedals connected ? (HowTo => topic5-31732.php )
I think I'll try to just ignore the controllers whose name contain wheel, so I'd like to check the detected names of your devices.
