Hi, I also bought the game and played some matches. I also tried the World Tour.
Even in the stage of development, the game is much better than TE2013.
GAMEPLAY
Pos.
1. "Normal" and "acceleration" strikes have important difference. This has the result that you must built up the point -realistic- and try for a winner when it is possible, hitting acceleration only an "easy" ball. Otherwise its very likely to make an error. In TE2013 I used to hit acceleration in the 90% of the strikes.
2. The position of the player is also very important, and thus the tence for error is much realistic. However, hitting an acceleration strike having a very good position and enough time, is likely to hit very powerfull shots (I reached a forehand 160km/h with Federer)
3. Unforced errors hitting the net. At last, if you try a short or angled "acceleration" shot, it's likely the ball to hit the net (depending in the players' attributes), something that was extremely rare in TE2013. In TE2013 the main cause of unforced error was hitting the ball out, when you were pushing hard, especially trying to reach the sidelines.
4. Forced and unforced errors ratio is much realistic, (even there are some forced errors that counted as unforced). In my opinion in TE2013 the 80-90% of the errors were forced. Now if you try to push and play aggressive, the tendency of unforced error is much more. In other case, if you try to play more safe, you will tend to play passive and defensive.
Neg.
I didn't like the players returns in the services. Especially i think that the players react too slow, and it is easy for the opponent to hit an ace even with 170km/h and without the ball reach the lines. You try to move the player towards the direction of the ball and in most cases it is impossible to reach the ball, even with a slice or on 2nd serves. I would try to decrease the game's difficulty (I play PRO-7), but I find the rally's difficulty satisfied for me.
I am looking forward for the final version...
PS Single tournaments will be an option?
