Does modding the player ranks invalidate the current save game still? I'm wondering because do people just keep making new games after they update the player ranks?

I'm getting an invalid with current tour bases error on my save files when a mod loaded in from the file in the v4 modding sdk

Microbots,
if you have the XKT Mod, you should Mod its player base, not the official one.
If it's not that, then I don't know what's going on... Check Settings -> Profile -> Show Engine Log for Warning and Error.

I think the current mod SDK that i downloaded has more players than my really old save? So, I'm wondering if there's a way to mod the existing ranks of players I have in my save? Cos I don't know where that data is all I could find was the SDK

Try the versions in the v1, v2, v3 folders. (not v4, it's bugged)
