Any idea when the 3d courts will be available for modding?

Additionally, how can we mod scoreboards on TE 4? Tried to copy and paste the ones from TE 2013 but didn't work.

1) never ; a bit more info => viewtopic.php?p=279001#p279001

2) the menu system works the same as in TE2013 (with a few additions, eg: it's much easier to do complicated calculations now), but the scoreboard itself isn't implemented exactly in the same way in TE4, so the TE2013 scoreboards will need some adaptation (as I don't know exactly how they have been created, I have no idea how much work this will involve)

@Everybody,
the new Modding for the sounds has arrived : topic60-33725.php .

It may have a bit more changes in a distant future, but I'll preserve the compatibility with the existing system when possible.

You mean we can't mod 3d stadiums in the future as well? Or do you mean so far?
In that thread I saw you said something like it's a long process but you could ”add the necessary stuff", what would that be and can you add it pls?

I mean the existing stadiums will never be moddable like the one in TE2013, because they don't have a single texture to skin.

It requires a bunch of work to allow incorporating new 3D stadiums from Modders, and I won't do that except if someone has already made a Stadium.

You mean it's impossible to have the base model of an indoor and an outdoor stadium and we just add advertisement boards to the back like on 2013?

you mean the SignIndoor.3ds ? or the Sign.tga ?
The 3DS is long gone, but it should be possible to add the Modding of the tga equivalent in TE4.

Whoa...do you mean that all the tourneys can only be played on the courts you created? So..you can't have multiple courts at a venue? I hope that is not what you are saying as that is what I was looking forward to from the modders..it gets old playing on same courts repeatedly.

Can you still do the 2D court mods at least? Do the T3 court mods work with TE4?

from what I saw, there was almost no 3D court modding done for TE2013 anyway. Maybe I missed some ?

And sure, you still can use the 2D courts from TE2013, just need a bit of adaptation. (it's all explained in the doc linked above)

I never really used the 3D in TE2013 because I did not like it as much. I think you have done great with 3D stadiums in TE4 and was just excited to see more stadiums like the 2D in TE2013 except in 3D.

I thought that making 3D courts was just to difficult in TE3 thus the 2D courts. Ideally I would love to have 3D stadiums, I'm not sure how hard it's to allow new 3D stadiums to the game, but at least to have the option would be nice. I don't know manu If you're familiar with football games (I'm calling football, not soccer) but for example in PES 2021 the community has managed to create awesome 3D stadiums.

I'd take a wild guess and say the PES community is at least 100 times bigger than the one of TE. :blackeye:
It took years to get a couple of fully new modded 3D stadiums on TE2013, so I don't think it's a big priority now, as it's big work to allow to do that.

Mystery,
in a not too distant future, I'll try to add a system to Mod the existing textures, including the one for the ads.
