Why is the background of the menu from the last match I played? Is it because of the XKT patch?

It's always like that : it allows to see changes coming from the options.

Why shouldn't it be there..? (ie: it's already loaded and doesn't take any time to be shown)

Hey Manu, I want you to see the previous game where I was serving. I just did a test, and intentionally made very weak safe serves straight to my opponent. His return was very weak and I was able to reply easily with an acceleration shot. My opponent return should have definitely been more powerful and much harder to reply back. Can you improve this in the next update?

I made the CPU handle this situation a bit better for the next update ; but there, your opponent was significantly weaker than you, and you still didn't get a huge advantage from serving like this, so it was almost ok...

I was only pressing the safe serve button, nothing else, and my opponent’s return was very weak and slow. Realistically, nobody serves like this during normal gameplay, so the fix would go completely unnoticed unless someone intentionally tries to reproduce it.

It was a very minor issue. The game is in such a great state right now that we’re mostly reporting small details and edge cases.

The only annoying issue left in the game is that the crowd applause sometimes doesn’t play. However, as you mentioned, that appears to be related to the XKT Patch rather than something on your end.

In match introduction a gray area appears that blocks part of the screen at the bottom

I checked both with the original game and the XKT, and I couldn't notice anything special. I don't know if any other Mod adds 3D stuff to the stadiums, though...

I tested on my Windows, with your settings, both the Challenger & Monte Carlo stadiums and the issue didn't come. If it's still not all the time, did you notice a pattern leading to it ?

When I safe serve in this stadium, there is a strange "boom" audio that plays after the strike sound. Check my last 3 serves. Is this related to you or the XKT mod?

The base has the same sounds on all stadiums, so it's an issue with a Mod.
