A little note on the Mod selection process ; as long as the current Mods have my trust (ie: they're not cheaters nor dictator apprentice), then they are the best ones to choose the new Mod(s) as they shown they are mature enough to handle the Tour & they know the players on the Tour way better than I.
Voting isn't a great way to choose new Mods coz a lot of people would vote for their friends (some hoping to get some favors back for their vote), while we need someone as much as possible impartial & mature.
But of course, as Algo outlined it, current Mods take into account the opinions of other players to select the new Mod.

Sorry, but I don't know that beginners unable to vote. I thought a moderator mind community and not only top players. Moreover I think a new moderator shouldn't be an active player on tour he played himself to prevent a conflict of interest. But as you said, I'm just a noob, so ignore my opinion.

This and a possible selection by country / continent would push same reactions why some people have the feeling that certain decisions are made by personal interest and finally we discuss about it.

My Objection is so Simple : In This Poll There was an option to replace Algo and when a new mod will be Chosen ... The Man Who was just Could be Replaced Will be The Same one Choosing The New Mod .. So Usually.. Weird ! But Thnx for Replying
