Sorry, but I don't know that beginners unable to vote. I thought a moderator mind community and not only top players. Moreover I think a new moderator shouldn't be an active player on tour he played himself to prevent a conflict of interest. But as you said, I'm just a noob, so ignore my opinion.

dont misunderstand .. but i need active players playing usually and frequently on tours to know variety of players.. for example .. u dunno me .. and some other players.. so u may get a wrong idea of me.. i just need active players voting either masters or not ..

My Objection is so Simple : In This Poll There was an option to replace Algo and when a new mod will be Chosen ... The Man Who was just Could be Replaced Will be The Same one Choosing The New Mod .. So Usually.. Weird ! But Thnx for Replying

Why do y say Algo will be replaced? As for as i can see there were more votes to make him continue an chose a new one instead of replacing him.. Now you dont have the majority wanting him to leave so why do u keep insisting of him to leave? Weird !

Algo is an experienced moderator and it does not make any sense to replace him. He knows all players very well and has mostly come up with correct decisions.. TE fraternity is very large with people from all around the world and different internet speed .. there is a huge diversity ,yet we all come together in the same platform to play and enjoy and that makes it more special..TE is the essence of our sweet emotions(smile,happiness,fear,anger->after defeat)..We have limitations and we should understand this as Mods are also human (beside this they have their own work).TE's territory is v vast.it has lot to offer u.. U just need to be ready to accept from it. U may fall unlucky in few decision but then few decisions will go in ur way too ..It ll be all even then .. So i salute to TE unit comprised of its Originator (Manutoo), governing body Mods and all the active players ( including banned ones )
Replacement is not a solution..Its huge disrespect for a person who had been working for long with immense dedication.
We can ofcourse have couple of new mods .so that if one is offline then other can have eyes at the system.
Mohammad had done a very fair job last year as a mod. New mod should encompass lil maturity , availability and no communication gap.

Well said sofia. Being a moderator in TE is not easy like chatting with stranger. It requires some experience about the game and need to be matured while handling the situations and also be friendly with everyone in the community. The moderator need to be online most of the time to support the players in order to avoid fights between players. The current and past moderator are doing their job really great. Everyone will be interested to be moderator but finding one from all is up to manutoo.

@Sofia aka vampirezattitude Y can't u nominate in moderator race. I guess u r fit to become mod of this forum. You are being here for more than 3 years and you had terrific year so far reaching all 3 GS finals and won one of them. You would have been know to everyone so its easy for everyone to maintain good relationship with her.

Hope manutoo will look what i shared here and take some good decision in order to see some new faces into the biggest role of wonderful forum.

I think Algo and Sampreas will say a name to Manu and then they will decide, without taking any points of view from other players because no one will accept the other as Mod so the decision must be taken by Manu with the help of Samp and Algo
