And How should i guarantee that Secret-way-gathering is Fair???? why u dont make a Poll as any Good Mod and Simply Say:
Poll : who do u want a New mod and stat 3 or 4 names whatever they are.. and let player votes and let it be on all eyes.. not in secret ... just tell me what prevents u from that...?

Problem with polls that works as biding opinions, over the internet, and without being able to publicly know who voted for whom, is that we can't ever be sure how free people have been to vote for who they did and how many fake accounts have voted.
