Hello,

I got some complaints about Algo so here a poll to gather the opinions of everybody on the Tour.
If you have something to say, you're also welcome to do it, as long as it's not insulting and you keep to the facts.

In my opinion TE World Tour needs stable, impartial and reliable contact points, e.g., each for World Singles Tour, World Doubles Tour and Challenger / Future Tour. But I can't assess work by current moderators and they can't be everybody's darling as well, so I vote for an additional one. On this occasion I want to point out that deadlines on Challenger Tour aren't obvious and there doesn't exist a topic about it.

In any case, everybody should keep calm and play tennis.

Yes a new Mod is badly needed but Algo should stay as a tour Mod although i was also his victim in Winstom Salem final but at the end of the day he is human and he cant make everyone happy and he has to do his job too

Yeeeea to Replace Algo ... faults become too much... locking many posts and neglecting many insults said to many players.. Over use of RL and Wo to inactive players... Time for new mod instead of algo not with him

Sorry me too i want a new mod to Replace Algo he do much faultes and errors he even don't know some easy rules he used RL against me in my last match and he was should to give me w.o because the other one was working and can't play just until 22GMT or more then 22 GMT !

I think Maxy is ready to come back, I also was a victim of Algo, he chose RL after my oppenent has been absent for all the time, he only showed up at last minutes to get Rl, and he never answers on skype ans pretend to nor getting my answers, but still we need to give him a warning but keep him on tour !

I think that mods doing their work well. Mistakes are an integral part of this type matches organization. There are many unfair decision, but i think that nobody can do that much better. Some players wrote on match organization: when, where are you, i was here, i wait you... bla bla... and wait for RL. So what mod should to do? RL factor should be excluded in some way.

Proposition :
Players in their profiles should put:
time when they are available to play matches
time when they maybe can play matches
time when they never can play matches
The moderator needs to schedule time to play games, and match must start max 30min before or after fixed time.
The only problem is when players free time does not match.

I think that moderators are not problem, the problem is in the type of matches organization.
This is my opinion.
