I think not only that Blacky shouldnt be a mod , i think he should get a ban after AO ( so he woudlnt think i said this just not to lose to him there ) . I gave a bit more than 2 days to let people express their disagreement if they had any, but as you can see, almost no one answered...
And I didn't want to wait more long time, coz Algo at that time was busy with something else, and the Tour needed a new Mod quickly to go on.
And Blacky was the only one to step up to let me know about that, and shown some interest in the Tour.

And just take a look who agreed about Blacky's moderating? I mean everybody. Sure. The people who don't know him. Great job ManuToo.

If you were online on that Saturday afternoon, then why didn't you contact Blacky ? If not to play the match right away, at least to set up an appointment time later on ..?

I don't know the whole story, but you can't leave in middle of a match if you didn't warn your opponent about that before the match & he agreed to it.
It's about basic respect of your opponent & his time.

As Blacky already stated in this topic, this is not his work ; he takes time from his leisure time, he's not paid or anything, so you can't ask him to be available whenever you need him.

I wanted to play at night, that is why I didn't ask him during the day. And he should have notified me because he couldn't play, not me. Use logic.

Hahah, the second one is funny, then why was Domagoj fooling around with me for our match? If my mom or dad, or however's mom or dad calls me to eat, I have to go to eat (that is not my case, but it is the case of ppl younger than me. That is all.

For whose who didn't see : Blacky new rule = can't insult on WLM/Msn .
I didn't tell him to do this exactly, but this fits the spirit of what I told him : if someone insults him on msn, he can ban him from the Tour.
At beginning of this year, Tog & Ero wanted to quit, in part coz of the constant harassment/insults of annoying players. I don't want TE Mods to be insulted all day long. I don't think it comes with the responsibility. They should be able to take criticism, but being called moron & retard doesn't fit that.

And free speech is not about insulting, harassing & defaming anyone anytime you want. Open some history, law & philosophical books, it'll make you some good.

About that DC match ; in a general way, I'd agree with u that it's better to not wait & play as soon as it's possible, as long as both players are ready (in some case, one may want to practice if deadline is far away, though).
But in that particular case, Domagoj wanted to buy the game so you could play on the correct surface for your match.
He may have had other obligations, but it's not my business so I don't know about that.
I don't think it was really necessary to follow the draw match order, for practical reasons.


So to conclude, I take your testimony into account, but it's far from enough to justify that the current Mods aren't up to the task...

Well it fits with our temporary mods. As I said Togtdyalttai, Jeroen and Stajus were unsurpassed. You can ask Jeroen who I am and how I behave. And I would never do anything evil to anybody, unless they do something evil to me. Then I would backfire enourmously. At least I am not a liar, what I have to tell somebody, I will tell him-her in the face. And I will write on msn whatever I want, as I said. Otherwise Blacky should get banned permanently, because he insulted a guy yesterday in a chat, I don't want to say who is that guy, nor which chat that was. I will show the proof if you don't believe me. And you should ban yourself ManuToo, because of the certain insult as I had said in some post before. Regarding to my match with Domagoj, he lied me all the time, even I waited for him an hour and a half without a reason when he said that he would host. One lie more.

Sorry, but Stan and I played 2 hours after the deadline, because we had agreed before, he had obligations. So he had still contacted me. And you didn't. I repeat use logic. Or you don't know what is that. You should've contacted me, because you weren't online at night. I had been before that during the day. That is a fact. USE LOGIC.
