And I didn't want to wait more long time, coz Algo at that time was busy with something else, and the Tour needed a new Mod quickly to go on.
And Blacky was the only one to step up to let me know about that, and shown some interest in the Tour.

I don't know the whole story, but you can't leave in middle of a match if you didn't warn your opponent about that before the match & he agreed to it.
It's about basic respect of your opponent & his time.

As Blacky already stated in this topic, this is not his work ; he takes time from his leisure time, he's not paid or anything, so you can't ask him to be available whenever you need him.

For whose who didn't see : Blacky new rule = can't insult on WLM/Msn .
I didn't tell him to do this exactly, but this fits the spirit of what I told him : if someone insults him on msn, he can ban him from the Tour.
At beginning of this year, Tog & Ero wanted to quit, in part coz of the constant harassment/insults of annoying players. I don't want TE Mods to be insulted all day long. I don't think it comes with the responsibility. They should be able to take criticism, but being called moron & retard doesn't fit that.
And free speech is not about insulting, harassing & defaming anyone anytime you want. Open some history, law & philosophical books, it'll make you some good.

About that DC match ; in a general way, I'd agree with u that it's better to not wait & play as soon as it's possible, as long as both players are ready (in some case, one may want to practice if deadline is far away, though).
But in that particular case, Domagoj wanted to buy the game so you could play on the correct surface for your match.
He may have had other obligations, but it's not my business so I don't know about that.
I don't think it was really necessary to follow the draw match order, for practical reasons.
So to conclude, I take your testimony into account, but it's far from enough to justify that the current Mods aren't up to the task...
