Hello,

slowly but surely, TE4 advances.

We are now in the Alpha stage : half of the 3D Stadiums are in place, one for each surface. (in the near future, it'll be possible to select independently the stadium from the surface)

The next steps are :
- remove the management part from the World Tour so we'll get the classic TE2013 Tour gameplay
- integrate the female player (she's currently in production and hopefully be fully ready by end of January)
- add the online mode

MacOS version is still the Prototype from ~1 month ago. I'll try to update it within a couple of days. (EDIT: the MacOS version is now updated to the Alpha)

Requirements

- OS: 64-bit Windows 7/8/10, macOS 10.12+, Linux Ubuntu 16.04 or 18.04 (works on other Linux distribs as well)
- 4GB of RAM
- For the 3D courts with high quality, a 3D card with about 5000 points here https://www.videocardbenchmark.net/high_end_gpus.html , and DirectX 11 support (on Windows)
- For the 2D courts, an IGP or a 3D card with about 1000 points here https://www.videocardbenchmark.net/mid_range_gpus.html , and DirectX 11 support (on Windows)

What is the current state of the Alpha ?

Currently TE4 Alpha = TEM2 + TE4 Menu Design + 9 new stadiums + new props + new male players (with most customization still missing).


No advertising

As the game still looks strange, with the mix between the old & the new stuff, you cannot publish publicly anything except here on the Mana Game forum.

If you want to do a Youtube video, set it to unlisted and you should still be able to embed it in a post here.

- 2D Backgrounds : now all the 2D backgrounds are from the new 3D stadiums, so you could enjoy them a bit even if you don't have a powerful 3D card

- Junior : Skill Cap wasn't shown when creating your player, and he was getting too many points to distribute
- Junior : your Junior player was getting tired (coz he was still following TEM2 training schedule in the background )

- The new 3D woman is there, although she's full of little and bigger glitches ; the main one is her feet looking to the outside, making her look like a duck, and the 2nd worst one being the center of her should rotation being slightly misplaced, which looks very weird, especially when the player is very thin ; hopefully, the artist will have them all fixed within a few days
- World Tour : can optionally skip all mandatory tournaments

- World Tour : seasons mode rankings on the 2nd year and the following ones were corrupted

- Controls : the auto-positioning trick was working rally even when facing an opponent better than the Junior-10 level ; it is now disabled in that case (the trick is to press & hold any strike button before your opponent moves and then your player will start to move right after your opponent strikes the ball ; it's very useful to return services)
- Stats : Return of serve winners stat wasn't working
