First time i reported him after some of his really bad behavior (among others insulting me for playing on elite controls, tiredness, etc.. like im some kind of retard for liking realistic tennis?? I mean, why did he join than!?), but he came here after and claimed that he didn't say anything like that..
I said ok, never mind, he may feel bad if I show print screen here showing that he was lying, and i didn't want to make him feel that way or whatever..

Second time he used same tactic but accusing me of.. and saying I am funny and ridiculous, and poor, only because i have played "Diagonals"!??? And had behaved really ****- pumping fist after your mistake, lots of "lol`s" after your winner, you know - whole package of **** behavior..

Well I forgave him again..

Today we played third time, first round of Tournament - Metz..
He started to insult me completely out of nowhere.. as long result was equal he was like puppy, but suddenly (maybe not that suddenly, because he was near losing first set) he started behaving badly, and saying i was ridiculous, and insulting me - do you know why!? Because i saved braik point with net game!! I came to net first time!!! and won point and he started.. I mean, whoa... I am crazy, or not normal, I am addict, I am blah blah.. -> only because i won point on net!!??
You have same pattern allays, they insult you, and if politely say anything after, they imitatively block cheat like Marin..
No need to describe rest of match, this is more than enough..

I forgot him 3 times, I`m not sure this time do i want again to have same experience with him..

Be carful with this kid, be sure not to win any point, by any means.. or he will get MAAAD

Remove the chat option during the game and we are all redeemed from this children's behaviour.

The chat is the source of all this not?
Or maybe give every player for 1match=> maximum 2 times to go in the chat,for up to 30sec max.
Ther are no reasons to use the chat during game,oooooooooooooooooooh sorry yes for insulting other players of course!
Take away the chat and you have a clear game(no insulting+no unnecessary chat users...ALWAYS!!!
This game is avaiable for gaming online =>>>if you wanna chat you have other options for that!!!

It bothers me very high to read all this because the concept of this game is very good.

I`m really sorry to hear that, because I had same considerations myself, its not worth it. Can yo imagine, all of that **** behavior just to win couple of points more.. and you just pointed what the consequences are..

Only hope for me is this new reputation system, i really hope it will work properly, so we can skip those fellas..

But, still you cant avoid them all the times, like in tournaments.. I just encountered today on tour some really nice fella. He was so nice, that i needed to correct his lies after game quite some time.. so much effort, for what?

from 1st post of this topic : "if you meet a player that insults you and/or use a lot of profanities, you can report him in this topic, so I'll ban him from online play for a few days (and longer if not his 1st ban).".
And for insults & profanities, you're the n°1 of Tennis Elbow, and by far far far. Even in all messages you wrote in the Forum, you never stop to insult & write profanities all the time...
At 1st, you got many short bans of 2 or 3 days, like all other people, but you didn't stop to act badly, so now your bans get longer. It's same rule for everybody, that's nothing to do with your nationality.

from the EULA displayed when you install the game :
"The Author reserves the right to cancel or suspend this agreement for any
misbehaviour in the online mode, such as, but not limited to : cheating,
insults, abuse, identity usurpation."
If you didn't agree with this, you shouldn't have installed the game nor bought it, at least not to play online.

issues with Tour matches have to be reported in the Online Tournament section, to be handled by the Tour Mods.

Yes I have reading the license agreements TODAY(nobody does that by downloading)but after all it's not right.

I have been playing with him this evening, have done some captures of screen, it has been insulting me, Repeating "LOL LOL LOL" and other set phrases, he is very ingenious..... Sometimes I think that to play Tennis Elbow, the date of birth should be asked

First there is insulting=>then you have re-attack=>then maybe blocking chat=>after that the other one going crazy and so on...

After this you are 5 minutes further and wasting time for yourself,your opponent AND the game.

Sure I appreciate you promoting the game to your friends, but the rules apply to everybody in the same way and they are clearly stated in different places (also at start of each online game with the "Please keep polite & respect your opponent" statement).
And you can block the chat right away at start of each match if you want to.

if you want, I can shorten your ban to 5 days, but only if you agree to the following :
1- you won't insult anyone anymore when you play online, even if the person does bad thing with you or anything, you _cannot_ say anything bad to him (you can give him negative vote for his reputation, though)
2- if you don't respect point #1, you'll get banned 2 months, and I won't shorten that ban
3- stop to use "bitch", "fuck", "shit" words both in the game and in the Forum
4- if you want to be sure to avoid problem, you can block the chat right away when you start an online game
