Candas, I don't have secret conversation with anyone, don't be paranoid...
If Mods are in top 5, it's coz they play a lot, and really like TE2009, so they have the time & the motivation to be the Mods (which means they work for free for u & all other people to have some nice time here )

right now, the problem is with the lob, not with the power hitting... I guess playing with a topspin defender is still a good way to annoy most of power hitters...
But as a matter of fact, funnily, I did a thing that lowered a bit the strength of power hitter in the Build 29, on last March 17th :

- Gameplay : precision lowered when hitting the ball in a new direction (ie: the ball is coming from the left, and you send it to the right) ; and even a lot more lowered when hitting with a 1-hand backhand ; the lowering is especially noticeable when you don't center correctly the ball in your cords, or/and on difficult balls

It doesnt seem like it does it? ie... people calling Jonh Dim a robot (power hitter) see what i mean? and sorry i didnt explain properly before about u sitting with fellow mods, i meant the mod sitting in his home, u sitting at your home over a computer discussing changes that others do not know. End of Subject now, u can have the last say, but i am not satisfied with the evidence since i play the game regularly.

trust me, he really did a change on gameplay, i was annoyed the first days after that build came up because i couldn't do most of the shots i used to do, even my forehand hasn't got much better, i'm still doing some stupid errors because i'm always gonna attack and, with that change, my game got worse than it was. But is all about getting used to the gameplay, i think that if Manutoo does the change about lobs he said he was going to do, lob players will get used to the new gameplay and would find a way to make their game to work, but it'd be more balanced than how it is now

I love this idea! It seems kind of unrealistic, but it would definitely make gameplay better.

my idea is that it's easier to have a good precision when ur opponent is at net, coz it gives u a visual hint to aim ur lob, ie : about 1m80 above his head for an attack lob, and ~3m for a defense lob... Thus, if there's no one at net, the loss of precision...
