@btaylor :>> is it possible to use MTRUN in on-line games?
No.
@CC :>> what is the graphic that symbolizes the Arcade mode?
It's a mitten.
In French, when someone is clumsy, we tell him that he should remove his mittens... Thus the icon...

>> It seems that balls do not strike a player's body
Yes, it doesn't.
If it was possible, the result would be likely more often unfair than fair, coz in real life, u can turn ur shoulders or over part of the body to avoid the ball...
>> Do real tennis players that use two-handed backhand frequently also use one-handed backhand slice?
yup, they do.
Only Santoro do 2-handed slice...

In TE2009 (and also in real life), it gives a little extra wingspan which is needed when u're short on time.
>> Why is it that when I, playing left-handed, serve to the AD court (say first serve of a game) and use the slice (arrow up),
>> I can't serve any farther to the left of the "T" than maybe a third of the width of the service rectangle?
The default direction is altered by the slice...
@About volley, for CC & btaylor:>> As I've stated more than a few times, no HUMAN player can cover the court from sideline-to-sideline-to
>> sideline-to-sideline running down accelerated volleys and groundstrokes
Actually, it's possible to do it once or twice, before getting tired. But in TE2009 players don't get tired, so they can do it non-stop...
Also, with enough training & skills, it's possible to end most points in 2 volleys. (usually, at least one needs to be an accelerated volley to achieve this)
