ok, so you actually never exported using the correct plugin, thus the bad result. Maybe it was the same for
miharu0607.
Again error 126: failed to initialize.

Just to make sure, I just copied it to stdplugs folder, is that correct?

1- no, it's not correct ; delete any kwxport.dle you may have copied in stdplugs ; and put the latest one in "3dsMax8\Plugins" subfolder
2- if it still doesn't work, download & install DirectX 9.0c ( web installer =>
http://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download ... aspx?id=35 ; or full setup =>
http://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download ... px?id=8109 ; it may ask you a folder where to be uncompressed ; in such case, go to that folder once the decompression is done and there run setup.exe )

the plugin works only with 3DS Max 8.
