Right when this whole fuss started (after the Tog punishment by Ro.Fed) I said that this looks like a fight against Ro.Fed, and these new punishments are just the proof for me that I was right.

I knew that new mods would diminish punishment for Tog and would punish Ro.Fed!

this is pure revenge IMO and it just shouldn't happen. you attacked Ro.Fed's position as a Mod and it is normal the guy had hard feeelings about it! Please note that this guy took over TE tournaments when nobody else wouldn't! Stuey bailed out on us, and wanted to create that monster project "TE League", and now its summer , he has plenty of time, and he gets back into Tournaments. what will happen in |Ocotober when his University starts? is he going to leave again and then come back next summer??

this all just so very stupid and is killing the spirit of online tournaments play! no one even cares what happens in tournaments but all talk about the "punishements, insults..."!?

my opinion: the first punishment for Tog was too harsh. he should be able to play after US open nad that's it. RoFed shouldnt be punished for insulting anyone on this forum, let alone be punished so hard?! leave the guy alone already!

Stuey bailed out on us, and wanted to create that monster project "TE League", and now its summer , he has plenty of time, and he gets back into Tournaments. what will happen in |Ocotober when his University starts? is he going to leave again and then come back next summer??

Umm, Milos.. I didn't expect this from you My TE League project was not a monster project, I made it coz it seemed a lot easier to me, and with a chances to be a great fun. Now I'm back into Tournaments? Well yes, but only for the rankings and to participate in some decisions.

I know it is summer and what should I do for the league now with my plenty of time? People need to finish 1st season, and I've already told everyone that 2nd Season is starting in the August. Believe I have spent a lot of time thinking how new season will look like and it is not that easy to put it all together as u may think it is. Well, actually I'm really not sure what you're aiming at... We'll have more groups in leagues, we'll have league cup, we'll have different system of leagues (more fun I hope), and new players should make it more interesting. And also I've tried to solve the problems with lag, so by now I've collected plenty of information and I have the final idea of what the next season should look like..

And now - about Ro.Fed's and Togt's bans, Abel, Chiller and me spoke today and made our final decisions, you'll hear them soon.

Ok people, after many posts and our new discussion, Abel, Chiller and me decided next:

Ro.Fed is banned until 15.9. this year, that means first tournament he can play is on Beijing or Bangkok hard court in that week. He won't be able to play Olympics starting 11.8. in Beijing. We decided that taking away his SemiFinal points from Toronto is enough, so he won't lose any other of his points he has earned so far.

Togtdyalttai is banned until 8.9. this year, that means first tournament he can play is Buchurest in that week. He won't be able to play US Open. He also won't be able to play Olympics. He will lose his entry and race points made in Nottingham, Wimbledon and Newport.

I just spoke to Blacky on MSN, and he filled me in on the whole Ro.Fed stuff. I'm sorry I posted my previous post I wasn't aware of all the facts.

still the punishment for ro.fed was to harsh, glad to see it being reduced.

Not be able to play the Olympics nice! really nice even if it's in another part of the Calendar, I mean all should play the Olympics it's not an ATP tournament, it doesn't even count on Ranking why should i be banned?
IT's all countries there who represent themselves... iT's 1 per 4 year, dang, even tog shud compete in it

This is all way too much. There's no need to be exerting power over people you don't like here. It's a game. The cheating bans I understand but Ro.Fed's ban makes absolutely no sense.
