I am wondering about the state of half-volleys in the game. Half-volleys in the game seem very difficult to hit, and when you can hit them, the ball stays very high (with a normal shot) or is too much like a full slice (if the slice shot is used). It makes sense that they are difficult to hit, but right now they just feel like hitting a slow groundstroke when the half-volley is really a different, flat shot.
Have you considered making the half-volley more of a distinct shot and adding animations for it to the game? I think this addition would make transitioning to the net a lot smoother and more realistic.
I love the gameplay changes in the most recent update! I am always impressed by your attention to detail and commitment to creating a realistic simulation. Thanks for all your great work and for being so responsive to suggestions!
