I liked the new form of design the page of players!! It remember me the Football Manager series, with a short photo of player. With it, we can use mod photos of every player, including ourselves. It will be great!!!

Hi there

It looks amazing and can't wait to play it. This is my first post in here, but have played your tennis games for many years now.

What I could be missing in the manager expect could be more handling with sponsors/events that are off court based. With not having to use time on actually playing the tennis I would love to "Grow" my player emotionally too. Like how well manared on court they are, events off court for more fans and stuff like that. Do you have any of this in mind for the TEM2?
In relations to this there could be like tennis commentators/newsletters/interviews where you have to pick between different things and then your likeness goes up or down and fanbase.

Also when going in to matches you were able to set a more specific tactic like: play a lot on backhand, serve a specific way, be very aggressive etc. so we really have to act like a trainer and lay own tactics that suits the different players.

Overall it is to put more layers on it so we really have to act like a manager/trainer

Now I am not a programmer so I have no idea of how difficult these things are to implement, but I really think it could make the game a lot funnier and maybe a bit less reputative. (Still love the games, so nothing cruel meant by this comment!)

Great decision to put the focus on the design of the menus, the game will reach to more people, get more awareness etc.

right now, I don't have any specific plan about adding player PR. To do this would require a lot of texts, and it'd complicate the translation of the game (ie: it'd be harder to find fans to translate everything for free ; and paid translations are very expensive). Also, it might get repetitive over the course of several careers, so I think it's hard to pull something that works well.

But I surely intend to add more tactics into the match, as it should use the real time engine, so it should be interesting & meaningful to coach our players on the court.

yes, everything I'm doing now, I do it to have the possibility to have more years. It won't be infinite, but you will have the possibility to set MaxYear to 100 in the .ini (or any value you'd like till 3.5GB of RAM are used). It might not work at 1st, because I'll have to add the handling of the main player retiring, but it'll be added at some point, as it should be easy to do...

actually, you might hit the player limit of 32000 before hitting the RAM limit, which should happen around 200 years of play.

I'm really excited about this. Is there going to be a more extensive take on the Davis Cup, with the zones and rankings? If not, that's okay, this already looks great!
