I'm banned without reason since January 2021 and I'm not able to play online. Could you please help me out with this matter.

I'm having each time and directly this kind of message when trying to join a game (message is attached).

Hello,

it doesn't mean you're banned ; this message means either your TE can't reach the internet, or your opponent's TE can't, usually because the router isn't configured correctly.

If you get this message with everybody, then it means it's you who should configure your router. More info here : topic8-9923.php .

And if your ISP has a CGNat, then you may be out of luck : https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Carrier-grade_NAT .
