Hi

I am trying to use ZonePlayer on XKT mod, but whenever I try to add this it crashes the game. Are you able to use ZonePlayer on TE4, like you could in the previous game? Also I cant find the data folder which has the countries listed so I have had to copy one over from the previous game and put it in the Text folder is this the correct way to do it or is there another way?

Hello,

ZonePlayer still works the same and doesn't crash the game.

However, putting an old from TE3 file might crash it.

Seems to be working now. Is there a limited to the number of zones you can have. Everytime I try and add another one the game crashes and that seems to be the problem.

You cannot add any zone. What would you like to do ?

Ah ok.

I like to have additional zones so I can make things more realistic in terms of player entry to tournaments so when there are mutliple tournaments in the same zone I split them up. For example in the begining of the year there are multiple tournaments in Oceania so I would have Austrailia and New Zealand as different zones. I mod the tour to have mutliple tournaments in Europe each week so I again split Europe into different sections. Know I could use country player as alternative but this would then take away WC's I presume.

Also rather than using the time off feature I had a zone for injured players as I find this easier to use than modding the individual player.

Is there any other way to do what I am suggesting?

Sorry for the delay to answer you. (I'm still quite taken by the PlayStation port & release)

I checked everything, and I don't think you can do it any other way. Allowing changing the number of zones is a bit complicated. You'd have to define possible skin colors for each zone, plus the travel cost between each zone (see Money.ini).

If you're willing to do that, I can try to add that possibility within a few weeks (depending on how things go in my work schedule ).

No problem. I'd be happy to give it a go as everything I try and do seems to crash the game. In terms of the Money.ini would I just have to add the zones and costs of travel for each into the table. Might a bit of direction on how to define the skin colors for each zone as not sure where that is.
