you should install Unity Hub.
Then in Unity Hub, you do Installs -> Add -> Official Release -> Unity 2019.4, like this :

Try also to erase all folders concerning by Unity with a tool like Eraser or something like that.
Do not just erase the software by the "classic" way.

yea i did all that, run ccleaner to do a clean uninstall and everythin, but also did that 2 times b4..ill try again tomorrow

do you mean this : "The racket when creating an animation directly from the TE4 bone structure may not get positioned correctly" ?
No, I still didn't check it. It should be annoying only if you want the tip of the racket to touch the ground or its middle to touch the other hand, and stuff like that. It's just ~5cm off.

I've installed everything and it's works for me now, except one thing : the racket in "basic"model in ModdingSDK is not recognize by UNITY and i have not the 3D palyers model too as shown in your video...
