TE2013 doesn't work on Catalina, so you shouldn't upgrade if it's not necessary for something else.
If you don't have a choice, then you can either :
- use Parallels to run an older version of MacOS (hard to do)
- install Windows and dual boot to it to play the Windows version of TE2013 (if you bought the game from managames.com, your Key works with it)
- buy TE4 ; but it's only in its Alpha phase for now, and you need a bit powerful GPU or IGP to run it, and there's currently no demo ; more info here :
