oups, just time for me to test beta 1 and beta 2 is already out!
I have a Mobility Radeon 9200, and the same situation as btaylor. As long as I set the camera in a way that I don't see much of the crowd (set on lower), I'm fine with the game and enjoying it a lot.
It seems that it is a bit better on my netbook but I have to verify closely.

I'm really positively surprised that my "old" laptop can enjoy the 3D version!
