I am playing world your and would like to change my opponents serve or forehand. Or perhaps change all the tournament players forehand ans reverse percentage so they play better. I tried using PlayersATP.ini but nothing works, I change all the values to 100 and the player has still the same numbers.

if you installed a Mod, you might not be changing the correct file.
