Add a "service returns in play" stat, saw that today in a WB match and found it interesting, could go along with return winners.

That's not true, sum of your winners and errors of your opponent =/= returns in play. You don't make all of your winners/errors on return.

Retuns in play % at Wimbledon is not about retuns of serve in play... traditionally i used to pay attention to that stat many many years ago, but rare to see it mentioned these days, anyway i can´t find the stat on the Wimbledon site either.

For instance, not even on the returns of serve stats.

Exactly, well i talk from what i used to look on HBO stats back in the early 90ties and they were just % about returns in play, but yet again they were related to "returns in play" in all of your strokes, not only the return of serves :s. But yeah they could be realted to returns of serve in play which would be more accurate, hence a much interesting stat than the other old one...

Most wanted :

- Separated top spin stat for each wings.

- make the FH slice, a deep chop (approach shot type), or a defense slice depending the situation (ouch *dreaming* )
i mean different motions, one is more sidespin (defense), the approach one more backspin (not much still, just hit under, often pushed wide).

- disabling the forward inertia after serve for the volleyer style should promote more S&V after a first serve.

- spectator mode : connecting a match in the lobby, along with an hosting option with spectator allowed/not allowed toggle.
i guess this mode would work using the core game replay feature, streaming a .dmo from the MG server, delayed by 1 game (active players clients
sending a partial .dmo to the server (1 game long) at the end of each game along with the score update.

- ingame public chat in the lobby lower part, maybe tied to some IRC channel would be fine, using default TE network name.
Using lower font size / icons for the lobby layout would then be necessary to make some room though.

- lobby public tournament feature, with sign ups etc

prevent short slice to be made if short strike is remapped to one key, is annoyingly easy that way.

i also think im winning most of my matches by using unrealistic style, win or lose i always run more distance than my opponent, when im on defense and running all over the place barely slicing to reach balls, those slices land very very low, so opponent finally gets shocked and hit out. those defensiv slices should bounce much more higher so opponent can eat a defensive player to breakfast like in real tennis. sometimes those slices sould land so high that opponent can hit overhead.
