Manutoo,
This also applies to TE2006. Sometimes at the end of a match each player will select Chat and communicate; then, at least one player, and sometimes both players, cannot exit the chat. The message in the game is to wait for the point to finish or something like that, but the match has already ended. One player, and maybe both, has to exit the game, unless the other player is able to end the chat, which causes the other player's screen to indicate a lost connection and frees them from the chat window.
The connections have been much better than at any other recent time, for me. One problem that I am having, though, is that when I host a game and swap to another application (but can see the TE2009 screen in the background), the TE2009 screen may not update to indicate that someone wants to join my game until (maybe unless) I reactivate the TE2009 window. I have seen this work much better, and I really am not sure that it is a problem, as I have gotten into the habit of just switching back and forth to check (maybe I happen to be switching back at the instant someone joins). I don't think that this is a problem under Windows XP, and Windows 98 doesn't do great at multi-tasking, but I just mention it because I ~think~ that it has worked a little better before. I'll keep testing it, but this is probably not something worthwhile to work on for you, I imagine.
Thanks!
