The mask is a separate file that defines what parts of the image to display, as with TE2009/11 female shirts

the file is named like this:

char0xxx_mask.jpg

Which file I need to do mask? Photoshop?

Well, I'm not sure how you're creating your image but what I do is "cut out" the player from the background using the lasso tools in Photoshop, then use select inverse to select the background, colour the background black, and then save.

To then create the mask, I invert the selection again and fill in the the player white and then save as a mask.

Which photoshop are you using? I have ACD see.

CS4, but you can do it exactly the same with ACD See, I just downloaded it to check how.

Lasso tools are under "select" and Invert selection is ctrl + shirt + i

The "smart" lasso doesn't seem to work as well, but you should still be able to do it!

Do you have msn or yahoo, or skype? I don't understand you, select what? do what?

All you have to do is have an image of a player, then select the player (using the lasso tool). Colour all other areas of the image black. Save the file, then colour the player white and save as the mask. That's all there is to it.

I can post some screenshots if you still don't understand.

If you can't use lasso maybe try another editor. The GIMP is a good free one:

This on youtube is too old, mine is ACDSee 2. I'll try this GIMP.

Wait, wait, I just founded lasso in ACDSee, but I don't know what to do next, this is too hard, do you have MSN, Yahoo, Skype or something?

Basically, you are just drawing around the player. Look at the video I posted, what he does there is what you do.
