I'm facing heavy issues with Online Tournaments in TE4
I'm not able to play normal rallies as I get "Desynchronization detected... resynchronization completed!" message popping up from time to time. The rally is breaking at random moment and then starting again. Sometimes I'm able to play it until the end but it is quite random. Sometimes my opponent is not able to serve at all due to this error popping up all the time.

In the previous tournament I was playing with Jira and to temporarily fix this and be able to finish the game, we changed all our animations to deafult. We were able to end our game although from time to time the rallies were still breaking.

I tried to reinstall the app, reinstall the mods (i use only xkt and scoreboards), my connection is stable, my device is 1year old and it should not cause any issues.

Does anyone have any idea what is the issue and would be so kind to help me on this? I would love to participate the online tournaments but this is blocking me.

Hello,

are you playing on Wifi or LAN ? If Wifi, try switching to LAN if possible.

Could you manage to get a couple of desyncs and then send me a Bug Report right after ? (HowTo => topic5-31732.php )

If not, just send me a Bug Report from the Main Menu for a starter.

I would like to communicte the issue is resolved...accidentally. In my case the solution was to turn off the audience completely.

There's a very low chance that the crowd actually had a role in that. Did you try to turn it on again in the same game session to see if the desyncs came back ?

Yes, I guess.
Just yetsreday I turned it on before the game and my opponent was not able to serve due to resync issue. After I turned it off, the problem was immediately solved.

How do you turn it off ? In Settings -> Video -> Advanced -> Near & Far Crowd Density ?
