Hey,
I have been playing TE4 on Mac for like a year and there's a first time when I have this problem. I mean, I updated MacOS three days ago and now there's a problem with my graphics I think. It's really laggy, like there is a problem with refresh rate etc. The problem is when I play both offline and online. I tried changing my setting, I checked everything on my Mac and still nothing. I also tried to change Refresh Rate in game from 30 to 60 (i don't even know why it's 30), but there's no possibility to do that, it's still 30Hz.

I reinstalled mods and game, still nothing. Is there anything I can do?

try to toggle between Windowed & Fullscreen mode with Settings -> Video -> Window.

Thanks, but it's still the same. It's impossible to play normally with these lags. Maybe there's something more I can do?

Is it possible that you have a GPU and an IGP in your Mac and the game is using the IGP instead of the GPU ?

Send me a Bug Report from Settings -> Video and I'll check if the log contains anything suspicious. (HowTo => topic5-31732.php )

You're playing in almost 4K. In Settings -> Video, try to lower to 1080p (or to 1280x800 Fullscreen, if available).

but the quality is tragic when playing like that. I've been playing on better quality almost all this year and there wasn't any problem. Now, after update, it's not possible to enjoy the game. Anyway, thanks for helping.

Try to lower other video settings ; possibly, you could activate Settings -> Video -> Advanced -> 2D Background.
