All of sudden my World Tour crash saying System error. Not sure if I should just redownload but I don't want to lose my progress!!

I don't remember the email I got the license key from that was so long ago. Can you PM me the email. No I never modded my game I'm to slow to even understand how to do that but it worked perfectly find for like 1 month and all of sudden a couple of days ago it just crashed.
