This idea probably sounds dumb but I guess it's worth a shot. It seems simple at least. On the vibe of manutoo's idea; have both "Kuga" and "$her@z" meet their respective opponents at the same time (eg. Kuga vs. Heinrich; $her@z vs. Nadi Madi). For each match, play for exactly 10 minutes with no pausing or leaving to go somewhere. And at the conclusion of those 10 minutes, stop the match, open up chat and have a conversation for exactly 5 minutes or something. Bring the recorded matches + the chat logs and then compare them. Should be enough to observe any differences in style/level of play and what times they chat (and how they chat... maybe their opponents should give them a same set of questions for Kuga/$her@z to answer). And any noticeable delays in gameplay or when answering in chat should provide us some clues. If not and evidence still proves that they're both "Kug@z", then I guess he's an insane multi-tasker?

Kuga = Sher@z , Ive been playing this game for quite a bit now and I can tell the name of the person who I am playing with, even when they use a fake name. Too bad, I would still let the boy play cause then, we could get a proper rematch And its obvious how much it means to guys like him, Nadi Madi... Everyone deserves a second chance, even when they are bloody cheaters.

Ok, so according to the different testimonies we got, it seems the .Dmos don't prove the Sheraz who played on Tour wasn't Kuga...

I never heard of such kind of service. If you can direct me to the PCTL page (or any other ISP on this planet) that explains why they'd provide it, I'll be glad to read more about it.
Your posted log doesn't prove anything, and it's easy to cheat the number of player games, so it doesn't prove anything as well.

The logs are not a software, so they can't "bug", and they don't lie, but they don't tell the whole details of the story, so sometimes they can a bit hard to interpret. But in your case, there's no doubt some cheating occurred. How & why, only you have the answer and it seems you're not going to give it.

It's very understandable for me why this guy did things like this. He got 1 Year ban, I suggest ban until 2094.
He destroy 2 years of tournaments playing. This demos only shows that the same player didn't played in Shanghai.

1/ i know Kuga from the first time he try to play the game and tournament and i know also Sheeraz i do not think they are the same person ?
I just do not knw one day i was playing vs Kuga and Sheraz was playing vs someone else i do not remember who is but i can't beleive really ! no way

it's quite possible that a long time ago (ie: not in 2014) there was a real Sheraz playing on the Tour, but he left and then Kuga "took care" of his account for him...
