Basically, I could take advantage of using a certain rule here.. He told me that u couldnt continue anymore.. and I actually didnt agree. But I dont wanna be a spoil sport, nevetheless I dont think that this is very appropriate or nice.

Basically, I could have just quit the match and spare me of losing a couple of minutes explaining, that i cant play, to a wall. And not lose by any kind of unfair ways

It is actually a rule that you should tell your opponent prior to playing that you may have to go and you know that Voja..., albeit, if something just came up and it's important, well, people should know real life comes first and shouldn't make such a fuss about it.
