First of all, matches are played in Fair Mode, not Realist
Then, he'll have to raise maxping to at least 300. To do that, enable advanced options in misc options menu.

Spencer, sube el maxping, para poder hacerlo tienes que activar las opciones avanzadas en misc options. Además, los partidos se deben jugar en Feria, no Realist.
Ah, y ese ping que te da 207, es con el servidor del juego, pero nada tiene que ver con el ping real que vas a tener con cada jugador, eso solo dependerá de la distancia que tengas con él y de sus respectivas velocidades de conexión.
