That isn't one of my pictures by chance? :D

I've been idling here for a bit and I'm quite surprised to see someone has dragged what might be one of my old shots up.

Thanks for the positive replies!! It is a great motivation for me :) !!

Jono4Sure wrote:Thanks very much to everyone for the really nice comments and suggestions about my animation, went back and fixed a few things subtly, like not having the knees bent so much and keeping the front foot on the ground  I will upload it and send the download link to Neeky to add to his thread today or tomorrow:) As far as the Djokovic forehand, its just pure class as usual from m4n4c0r, can't tell you how envious i am of your animation skills!! :applause: :D I wanted to ask you whether you are doing Djokovic's backhand as well? Cause i started to work on his serve (which i am considering giving up due to the EXTREME difficulty of it haha!) I am also attempting to add my own custom volley animations to the game. Also thanks to Lucian for the idea of bandicam, it worked like a charm :D

You guessed right. Next stroke will be Djoker's bh. But before i'm gonna start with it, i have to do some changes on the Federer fh (making it V2). Not much, but i'm not very pleased with the finish (legs, feet, body rotation) anymore. I also planned to do the Djokovic serve but please go ahead!! So i can weasel myself out of animating a serve ':D .
I'm also very excited about the final result of Federer's bh  !

When you have exported the anim, you have to test it in the game to get the ".anim"

SamModder wrote:Well you are making Murray's forehand, that is the point, making an anim that looks like the real stroke! But as you wish I think you did an overall good work with good patience that made you finish with a good stroke ;) Thanks!

EDIT: For the feet the one with the green t-shirt is by my opinion really good :)

i see your point man!! thanks to you :applause: :applause: ...well...i fixed the take back..and for the feet also i like the way that one go...anyway,i did an adjustement with the legs...as you said before...i make murray stroke in the place...no jumping forward...hope you like the way it looks finally!!! if you dont like it the feet i changed as looks earlier and thats i guess is all!!!! i really appreciated all your coments Sam!!
in a moments a new (and last,i hope   ) vid.

Thanks very much megyaem30, it works with 1.0d as far as I know. At least that's the version I'm using it with :) Congrats are in order for you too on your Murray forehand, you have worked sooooo long and hard on it, and its looking better and better with every video! Can't wait for it :applause:

Ah awesome can't wait for those Djoker strokes  Haha yeah I was going to weasel my way out too on the Djoker serve because its just another level of difficulty (don''t know how Neeky does it!) but I have started back on it again, working frame by frame with a reference video:) i had a great idea, if you want and have time to spare, we can collaborate on the serve. I will do my best with it, and then I can send you the file and you can add your 'm4n4c0r magic' to fix it and make it look extra great and we can post it if you want :D

This is what I did so far

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=dMsXmMYV ... e=youtu.be

I was quite pleased when I saw the animation in 3DMax but ingame not so much; I feel it's a little bit static and not so smooth; also maybe I should speed up a little bit the stroke..anyway, what are your thoughts ?

The Berdych's preparation is really well done ! But I don't know, when he hits the ball looks weird :/

Lucian you made a wonderful job for a first anim!!!! :) I dont have anything to say about it ;) That plays plainly like Berdych I am impatient for your download link thanks man!

EDIT: Just one thing, it seems that in your anim Berdych doesn't hit exactly in the center of the racket, sometimes it can hit from other parts if you see what I mean, maybe the contact point with the ball can be fixed and also the feets, that need to be more paralleled( as you see on this picture below ) they aren't really on your anim it looks a little wierd like you can see on the pic ;)
