This animation is so frustrating because as soon as I fix the back bend and make it more realistic, then the animation doesn't look 'Djokovic' enough lol:) But I will try find a balance. I wanted to ask you Lucian, what is the 'com' button? Where is it? Also, i wanted to know how or if it is possible to rotate the entire biped's direction (I feel he needs to face the court more) without disrupting every part of the body (Because if I just select the entire body and rotate it, it messes up the arms and legs). This would reeeeally help, and I can then fix and release the serve finally...
I understand..I had the same problem with Murray's Serve
This is the com button:

Just press W and E and you'll understand what is about

By the way Jono, could you try to make your forehand volley work better ingame, maybe trying to put the "sweet spot"..It's perfect, just that is not practical ingame..you easily miss the balls because of it...I think it's a great animation, better than my forehand volley I made these days
BTW, I finished the draft for the volley animations...it's really difficult to make them look good in every situation (low balls, high balls, balls near to the body, balls far away from the body)
I made 2 versions of backhand volley and one of forehand volley
First version
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Tjzli5-eL8UI think it's better for the balls that are coming into the body, anyhow the balls close to the player
Second version
