A note on applying a base colour to the template (In Photoshop):
1. Select the areas you want to colour (everything except the blacked-out/greyed-out circles).
(Note: I actually find it easier to select the bits I don't want, then invert the selection).
2. Create a new layer.
3. Fill the selection with the colour you want.
4. Set the layer's blend mode to multiply.
5. Adjust the brightness/contrast levels of the background layer until it looks as desired.
Thats all! A simple and easy way to create a decent "textured" effect for the shirt background.
