( i see differents details with the real life animations during all past years from now, like Novak for example, but for Roger...)

i agree about the buggy whip forehand, nobody has done that. Sure it's a bit of a luxury, but if wesley wants to he can make a very versatile pack for roger's anims.

Honestly, I believe the main differences between Fed's forehand in 2006 and that of 2017 onwards are the change in wrist action right before contact (which was minimal back in the 2000s, as you can see in that well-known video of Roger practising in Tokyo in 2006, where you could see a very smooth swinging motion in the elbow, without much flick of the wrist). Federer's 2006 forehand was, in my opinion, flatter and more powerful, whereas now he has the tip of his racket pointing at the opponent and the head of the racket looking back behind him, to generate spin at the moment of contact (I'll leave a couple links in case you don't get what I'm saying). Also, the buggy whip is also worth considering as nowadays a big percentage of his FHs contain it, if you've noticed, due to Roger's decreasing speed, timing and footwork as well as need for spin.

The thing is I can't really find a difference between Federer's 2016 & 2017 forehands. The 2017 FH to me is the 2016 FH (which seems to be just like the 2014 and 2015 forehands) used by a faster, stronger and more confident Roger. Same thing happens with the 2017 backhand, in my opinion, whose technique looks identical to that one of 2016 but taken earlier and whilst leaning the body forward after contact instead of backwards.

From 2006 he changed his backswing and till 2011 stays pretty much the same...
2012 and 2013 Forehands are really unique with Bigger backswing and follow through with some extra whip on the shot(don't know how else to describe it)...
From 2014 till now he slowly made it shorter and shorter both the backswing and follow through like a lot of players...
The 2007 to 2011 and 2012-2013 Forehands are my favourite... As a Federer fan I'll probably make all of them 8-)

I'm a huge Federer fan, thats why I cant wait to play him with your new animations!! I would definitely download all of the versions created by you, but if I had to chose one, I would prefer to have his current movements, cause we dont have them in the game for now... but I'm really exited to see all the animations u will do, Wesley!! :D
