Have you unpacked the file Pak01.Pak in the unmodded game?

When that file has been unpacked, delete it.

Don't worry: steps to follow:

1-Unzip the file Pak01.Pak
2-Copy unzipped content in the main game folder.
3.Delete Pak01.Pak.

I've done steps above. I go to training club, and warm up with the random court (court 7), press "left shift" and "1" at the same time but nothing change.
What I do next?

4- Copy the 2D court in Tennis Elbow 2013 \ Data \ court01, for example.
5- Edit the "Tennis.ini", and change this line, under [3dEngine], from :
DevMode = 0
to :
DevMode = 1
6- Open the game and change 3D court: OFF.

What application do you use to unpack .pak files? I use dup500-setup.
