Link works perfectly, maybe you haven't activate Devmode (tennis.ini, 0 to 1).

I did that, but it doesn't work. When I go to match the players are playing and I'm about to change the camera angle, by clicking Left Shift and in the same time 1. But nothing happens.

You can create courts on modded or unmodded game, it's easier in an unmodded game, btw, the instructions ELTXETXU posted, are in HTM, so please check it

The instructions that i posted it's just a description of what i do to create courts. How to mod explains it clear but no very detailed

Keys on keypad :

1 : zoom out
2 : zoom in
+ : rotate camera up
- : rotate camera down
4 : move camera up
5 : move camera down
7 : move camera back
8 : move camera front
9 : save camera (so it'll be already set next time you enter the court) ; the camera settings are saved in the [Camera] section of the Tennis.ini
6 : reset camera
3 : toggle custom camera on/off (only work after the camera has been saved)

Where did you change the DevMode?
If you changed it on Tennis.ini, it may not be enough. This changes only the Default profile. If you have a profile of your own, you should change the DevMode parameter inside your profile's .ini. For example, my profile has my name, Marcelo. So, I go into the Profiles folder, open Marcelo.ini and change the DevMode there to 1.

With respect to the camera, just hitting key '9' doesn't work for me. Usually, I press key 9 on keyboard and then pause the game, choose Camera option in the in-game menu and save the Camera. Only then my Marcelo.ini camera section is modified.
