The attributes of concentration, cold blood and constancy always goes extremely high whenever I load every file that I have played before. I only modded the player name and the maximum potential in different difficulties. How did this bug happen?

One thing to add is that it seems this only happen to new players while existing players' attributes still remain normal

are you playing with the latest version ? I fixed a bug about this a few weeks ago, but it may have introduced another issue...
If so, send me a Bug Report from a Character Sheet showing such a kind of player. (HowTo => topic19-4589.php )
