Apologies if this has been answered before but...

The slice shot.

Sometimes it works as intended, but most times holding the slice button (Square on my DS controller i use on PC) doesnt result in a slice, but more of a topspin backhand shot with no slice that often goes way out.

Im thinking that surely this isnt right, even with little preparation time or a lot, the result is often not the slice i want.

Any reason this could be happening?

Hello,

a last-instant slice will produce a very curvy strike, but if you prepare it early enough, it should be low enough.

If it's not that, then the next time it happens, could you send me a Bug Report ? (HowTo => topic5-31732.php )
