TEM2 is not on PlayStation yet and I think Manu should focus on ironing out the existing issues on TE4, then on enjoying the holidays. I am not sure he is even considering porting TEM2 to PlayStation (it has not been ported on any consoles).

Manu how to play online on ps5? I host a game and the a pop appears that someone asked for info. How to accept him and play? Plus i cant find online games. There are very few players playing. Why is this happening?

Manuto, I just downloaded the new patch for ps5, and I’m still facing the issue of the blinks on my screen when I play at certain times of the day (with mods on) I think this is happening in the transition from afternoon to night… are you aware of it?

1) the issue with adding d-pad is the lack of space to configure it in Settings -> Controls ; I'll try to figure out something one day, as it's a recurring request.

2) Go to Settings -> Controls to configure your control scheme

as shown on their tooltip, they are the player 1 & 2's partners when playing doubles.

maybe I'll add TEM2 mode as a DLC. There's no need to have TEM2 ported to consoles to do that.

1) The next update fixing most of the crashes will arrive in a few hours

2) Could you send me a Bug Report from the in-game menu when it's blinking ? I'd like to check your exact settings so I could reproduce the issue and hopefully fix it in that particular situation.

most people play with the XKT mod, or even with XKT(WTSL). There are very few players during the USA evening and not many during the Europe evening. (ie: it's not like TE2013, there are about 5 times fewer matches played per week )

Got the 1.0.3 update on PS5, but the character sheets crash is still happening, although it seems to happen less often.

Another possible bug (or maybe I'm doing something wrong): After playing for a few hours now, I think it's time to remove the danger zone. I try to remove it from the pre-match pop-up screen by choosing: 'service + rally' or just 'service' but i keep on seeing that danger zone. In the options screen I see a way to change the visual representation of the danger zone, but I can not choose to turn it off.

I also encountered the flickering screen bug at one point, but never again after that.

Other than that I'm having an absolute blast playing TE4!

I checked the Danger Zone and I could disable it from the Match Presentation screen. You did in your player's Character Sheet, not your opponent's, right ?
Anyway, you can disable in your Character Sheet at any time, no need to wait for the Match Presentation screen.

I played TE4 yesterday for a few hours. Even though I had it on Steam for quite some time, I must admit I hardly played it before the PlayStation release. I used the XKT patch, of course. I went through the tutorials and then I started a career with Simona Halep. I am still learning, but I love it. It feels real and I have issues with dropshots or figuring out the balm height, bit I am getting better with each match. I started at the lowest difficulty, but I think I am at a junior level, somewhere at a middle level. O don't think I can change that during a tournament, but I hope I will be able to do it afterwards. I will be playing it quite a lot in the future. PS5 installed patch 1.04.

The only thing I would like to be improved right now is the animations. While serving and moving the player, the character just slides, it does move left or right. Besides this, I am enjoying it a lot.

you can change the Difficulty at any time from your opponent's Character Sheet shown in the Match Presentation, on the bottom left.

manutoo: I realized I was able to do that very quickly, just before starting a match. I also realized that I am not at middle junior level I need more matches under my virtual tennis raquete.

On the PS5 controller you can usually use a "speech to text" function when messaging. I don't see this as an option for in game chat though... is it possible to implement that?

I recently played one of my first online games, and after it, my opponent, who must have been using a keyboard, started typing "Good game, are you new to the game" "Do you speak French?" "You played well, your service is very strong, you just need to work on your anticipation" All while I'm trying to type on the PS5 keyboard "Y...E...S... GG... N...O... E...N...G...L...I...S...H...
Then before I could send anything of note they said "Ok well played, till next time" and left lol
