you could try to change InconstancyMul, InconstancyAdd & ConcentrationPow, but this would affect weak players a lot more than the best players. (More info : topic54-2597.php & viewtopic.php?p=280107#p280107 ).

Else, maybe you can just lower the strength of the top players : viewtopic.php?p=280177#p280177 .
