How can I change the doubles scoring so that I have a match tie break in every tournament.

Could you do that in singles too for the smaller tournaments just change the double to single?

For singles, use "TieInLastSet".

It doesn't work and when I go and save it, it just creates another document rather than saving the changes I've made in the original TourCategory

Is there not a video on how to mod the game I am trying to do what it says in the topic but its not working.

No, sorry, there's no video tutorial.

Here's a step by step :
1) download https://www.managames.com/download.php? ... DK_v1a.zip
2) launch TE4, click on Settings -> Profile -> Show Data Folder (on the bottom left) ; notice there's a "Mods" folder in the opened folder
3) create the folder "MySuperMod" inside the "Mods" folder
4) copy the file "TE4-ModdingSDK.zip/Ini/TourCategory.ATP.ini" to "Mods\MySuperMod\Ini\TourCategory.ATP.ini"
5) do the changes you want in "Mods\MySuperMod\Ini\TourCategory.ATP.ini"
6) close & relaunch the game => Done

Don't put the Modding SDK within the Mods folder. Except that, I don't know what mistake you could have done...
