I know now only pre-order is available, but do I get the game when I preorder just to play it? Also, is the offer still available as we talk?

yes, if you pre-order now, you get to play the Alpha version (and all future versions).

But you won't get a key for the PS4 version.

I'm knew to this Tennis Elbow games but I'm looking foward to check out Tennis Elbow 4.
Is this going to be on PS4 console aswell?
