Is it possible to coach say a Roger Federer with his current abilities? I know you lose out on the journey of building up a player from scratch but would be nice just to coach THE GOAT once in a while! Thanks

you'll have to hire him.

You can force him to appear in the Recruit list : topic11-32437.php .

And you can change the contract length : topic11-31898.php .

I have tennis elbow 4 and am trying the demo of TEM2. It says it’s the (c) version. Is there any significant difference between this and up to date versions.

Hello, I have read post you shared below, but I am not able to find ForceRecruit line in Tennis.ini
I would also like to hire any player I want, and if possible start with a player on his/her normal skill levels (not starting from scratch being 16).

Maybe is there any way to increase initial coach reputation in Tennis.ini?

thxreggie,
1) as stated in the linked topic, you have to add the ForceRecruit line in your Tennis.ini.

2) Try to add this in your Tennis.ini , under [WT_NewGame] :
Point1000 = 75
to get 75% in your skills when you start a new game.

3) Add this line in your Tennis.ini, under [Coach] :
StartReputation = 1000

Note : I'm not 100% sure it'll work for 2) & 3)
