I started TEM2 with a junior player. In a little less than 3 years of game time I have recruited several other junior players. I have noticed that a couple of them have seen sudden drops in Long Term Form and despite resting them for weeks they do not seem to recover. Is this working as designed? What steps should I take to improve their Long Term Form? I have read the available documentation and forums, but can't seem to find guidance on this perplexing situation. I'm enjoying the game overall and appreciate your suggestions.

Hello,

if the Long Term Form doesn't go quickly up while the Junior training schedule is full of Resting periods (ie: no training period), or you have 7 days of rest per week, then it sounds like a bug.

If so, could you send me a Bug Report from that player Character Sheet ? (HowTo => topic19-4589.php )
